Disclaimer: The following are provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself. nor the original writer, nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!

Just a guide to install an Ultra Racing front strut bar in a Civic FD

Step 1: Buy the bar hehehe

    Step 2: Open the packaging

Step 3: Open the cover for the suspension point by just pulling it off

Step 4: Pull the clips off the cover for the strut bar

Step 5: just pull the cover off...its a bit hard but they r just clips and position the strut bar like so

Step 6: Tighten the nuts supplied by the bar to the existing screw holes in following postion

and just reversed all the steps back to put all the trim back and thats all

    heres the finished result

you forgot to add when removing the black cover, theres a bits and pieces of the plastic you need to move around before it comes off. The ends of the cover has flaps that slots into places.

Was there a piece that you had to totally remove on the drivers side? Or else the cover will not close once the strut has been installed.

I installed my Ultra Racing bar last night ^.^

Correct. There are separate rubber bits you gotta put back. However, it's very easy to do. I pretty much followed these steps and no dramas.

Correct again. there was a piece of plastic that you had to totally remove as the strut bar blocked it's previous spot. Once again, no dramas. All ya gotta do it get a phillips head (x) screwdriver and take out two screws and then pull the plastic bit off. Once you've done that you're all sweet!

Thanks heaps for the write up, it was tremendously helpful!!!
