Would you buy a CB600 Hornet if L.A.M.S approved?

Just asking for some opinions on the CB600 Hornet.. Is the type of bike you would purchase if learner approved?
With a price of around 12k, Good handling, Suitable for a wider range of riders heights than most LAMS bikes.
Not to mention better looks and quality over other offerings.
How would it stack up against its competitors?

A few things you need to ask youself
Do you want to spend that much on a first bike?
Are you looking at upgrading the bike when of restrictions?
since this would be your first bike chances are you might drop it which drop the value of the bike dramatically.

Sup w/ all these ppl under estimating learners?

Don't go by statistics man. If u feel confident, then do it. I'm sure u'll be fine.

It's not like "oh no, ur a learner!"
& u suddenly drop ur bike like that retard on the Ducati.

    you made me LOL.. haha

for 1 your going to feel more confident on a bike that you know you can drop. of you over worry about it as you will with a new bike ur more likely to drop it.

i started off on a zzr250 and i never dropped it myself but 1 time it was pushed over in a car park and and i fell off after hitting a gravel patch in a corner. and that's something that you need to look at.

its like the new gsx600r is LAMS legal at request but what Learner would really go and buy it as a first bike.

also if you are looking for a good LAMS bike go have a test of the gs500 its 8500 new on the road atm and its a bigger bike compared to the cbr250's and most 250's lol.

Just a question for you guys; why does it matter if the bike gets dropped? I mean does it damage the internal parts or is it just some scratched paint that is a worry?

I'm thinking about spending about 4k on my first bike.. if i pass the pre learner test.
