Stuff that's been sucked into the Throttle Body!!

An odd thread, but I was using the suburu upper engine cleaner on my mates 6cyl commodore and DAMN! the thin plastic tube you stick in the nossle to spray hard to reach areas came off and was Oh so close to getting sucked into the engine!

It freak me out,I thought they may have killed his engine?

I have been lucky not to suck anything in there when working on it.So it got me to thinking -

Has anyone else sucked anything into thier Throttle body or know of someone who has?

    What happened!?

No,it's way better than that. You spray it into the TB and it cleans all the carbon, oil, gunk out of the TB,IM,valve's and everywhere that it contacts when it's been worked through the upper engine.Brilliant!!

Suburu's hold 6 or 7 litre's of oil, that's why they need it.Heaps of carbon and gunk to clean out.

    No,CC is crap for that.

Haha, nah you don't have to replace the plugs but it does blow a lot of white smoke if it's dirty.
