Well, there ya go! It was the battery.

This thread is more a 'just to let ya know' type thread.Just to help.

I have been having problems with my alarm/immobiliser,just being a pain in the ass really.

    The main probs:

    * When you turn your keys 2 clicks, usually the lights come on,on the dash. This hardly ever happened and I had to press the alarm/immobiliser button to do this.

    * The car won't start for the 10-15 minutes after I go for a drive

    Very annoying.

Those who came to the Track day @ QR will know what I am talking about

Anyways it turned out to be....The Battery....

My battery was showing full charge but there's another little device that shows you the potential capacity of the battery and mine was only at 45%.
So the life of the battery had dropped from 100% to 45%.

So with a new battery in there,my car no longer has these very annoying issues and my sound system sounds deeper/fuller aswell.

I can't tell how relieved I am to fix these issues that I had 'just got used to' over the last few months.

    A New battery,HUH! Well,there ya go!!

beeza - does your sound system have a kill switch?
e.g if you switch your key to position II the headunit comes on (but sub does not switch on until you switch on the kill switch)
