Hey, guys I recently got myself an 09 FN2R. I've also had problems with 3rd gear crunching when shifting at speed. Has anyone else bought it up with their dealer and gotten this problem fixed?
Do a search -- Probably not here but on a forum with a dedicated Type R section. There is a "third gear problem" with these cars that has been discussed since 2007. Good luck convincing your dealer, though.
