    D-series LSD

    hi Guys
    Just wondering how much it would cost to get LSD for a D16y4 civic,
    Also has anyone got LSD in ther D series just curious, What brand would be recommended

    I've got a whole thread on this somewhere before my Turbo D blew up lol

    Gearbox B000 is the only one that fits the OBX LSD

    yeh tried search but didnt find anything word to short LSD

    See if your box has B000 stamped on it..

    If yes then no problems if no bad luck

    Not completely sure about EKs though

    Just round where the shaft and filler/drain bolts are can't miss it once you start looking

    aren't all s40 gearboxes the same? D15 jdm civic used to have stock lsd. If power is up tp 150hp with grippy tyres and good suspension set up i don't think lsd is necessary

    you can get a jdm d15b box some come with a factory lsd
    motors come from a jdm eg vti

    Short answer, No

    The B000 have bigger bearings compared to the A000. And the LSD only cater for the big bearing version of gearboxes.

    Look for a box out of an EJ8 (D16Y8), EK VTI Sedan (D16Y5) or an EG VTi (D16Y1)
