Differences between USDM, AUDM and JDM Chassis

Hi people, tried to search the forum for similar posts but to no avail.

Hopefully someone can provide some lights to my doubts.

Are there any difference with the chassis in JDM, AUDM and USDM Civics?

Mainly for EG/EH, EK and ES??

Is the front bar, bonnet and headlights the same too??

Thanks so much in advance for the info guys!!!

I don't know about the others (surprise surprise), but the JDM/AU/US 4th gen Civic hatches all shared the same chassis EXCEPT for the EE9 (Euro VT DOHC VTEC) and the EF9 (JDM SiR DOHC VTEC). These two Civics were totally re-engineered from the firewall forward - not just with the cosmetics (bumper, bonnet, filler panel) but also with the enginebay being totally revamped, heavier duty crossmembers and relocated engine mounts on the members and bay.

The CRX's are the same story - the EE8 and EF8 were totally different to all other ED/EE/EF CRXs (AU & US/Euro/JDM respectively) from the firewall forward.

There are some minor rear suspension changes too.

I'm not up on the others - can't help you there sorry.

The 93 onwards Del Sol CRX here in Aus, any different from the USDM for the bonnet?

So basically the EG/EHs are all the same chassis right around the world? Apart from the 2 door coupe ...

    Thanks!!
