What happened?

Why was he banned?

Whats the go here? One minute Tai is leaving for work the next he's banned?

I didn't see Tai do or say a thing that would be worth an infraction let alone banned.

But please, if he did something that bad I want to know what and under what rules

He was asked to remove the customised avatar which he copied off the admin. We take that as using the avatar to impersonate the admin or at least piss the admin off. He did not want to remove it and instead told us off. We do not tolerate that attitude, so he has been banned.

The avatar was the admin's creation of his own likeliness. So dc2dc2dc2 copying it was implying either that he wanted to impersonate him or to piss the admin off. A request was sent to him to remove the avatar, but dc2dc2dc2 instead decided to tell the admin off. We don't want troublemakers here. Especially those trying to rally the members against the admin and mods who keep the place Honda-related.
