    Angry Brisbane Panel Beaters

    Hey fellow Brisbaners!

So my Euro's been hit (at a carpark without any cameras etc) in the rear for the 3rd time (and most severely) today and I've decided to take it in to a panel beater to get it fixed. Austral Honda has recommended a guy called "Trent". Not sure if he's freelance or is part of a company, will give him a call first thing tomorrow! Can anyone please recommend any other panel beaters around Brisbane (preferably Southside-ish)?

    Cheers

I've used BCM Body Repairs in Moorooka, 3848 3497. Was really happy with the results. Can't tell its had anything happen to it. Ask for Scott.

Thanks for the info mate. Will give them a call if the guy Honda recommended isn't able to do the job (he's a touch up/buffing specialist). Sent him some photos so I don't have to go all the way to Westlake on Saturday for nothing.

Thanks for all the info guys, I showed the guy the pictures below and he said could probably buff and touch up most of the damages. Probably will cost me $60-80, what do you guys think? Seems pretty reasonable to me!

Ok so I got it fixed by the touch up specialist the dealer recommended and this is the outcome:

As you can see it's not a complete colour match =( But I think it's the best he could do considering my car is "Pearl White". I sent him email regarding the colour match issue just to double check if that's the absolute best he could do =S. Sorta surprised because most dealers go to him for any touch up issues. But at least from a distance you can't tell there's "damage" there...white marks are better than black! haha

ah man white pearl is quite difficult to paint match, but considering he's a dealer associated "buff and touch up specialist" you would think he would have a paint-matched paint pen or something like that. Good idea sending him another email, would like to know how it pans out. But hey as you said its better being white marks than black marks!!

Yeah pretty unfortunate...he's been in the business for 11 years and associates with like Austral and Motorama as far as I know. Was expecting a better job =(. Hope he can do something about it haha...
