    f22B1 vtec due for an oil change? advice? 94 cd5 accord vti

    hey guys due for an oil change this week..

    I change my oil every 5000ks..Last change oil castrol manatec 15-40 or something..Felt normal nothing special..

    Anyone got any advice on some good oil? castrol edge synthetic? 5-30?

    Car burns no oil leaks a drop..prob 500ml every 5000kms not much

    I use the local Honda dealer stuff and have been for 10 years.
    No smoke, no leaks, and still able to rev cleanly to 6600rpm on a F22B3 with no issues
