just go to a wreckers, or one of the guys on her who are wrecking their s2000 and buy the full black carpet trim etc that you need.
It doesn't seem to hard of a job, you just have to take out the seats and your centre console.

btw i was reading another post you metioned hardtop guy rear lights have you got them yet ? if so are they good because im thinking there not made buy honda or ?
Of course they are made by Honda. They are AP2 spare parts. Hardtopguy works at a Honda dealer but sells parts like these with the necessary aftermarket parts and instructions to adapt them to an AP1.
but yeah JEETT, they are genuine! but no I haven't gotten them yet, right now I can't come to pay that much while sometimes the tail lights go on sale here for $450!

its got sum basic wear n tear and rips but

everyone else said it but ill just add on, i asked this same question when i first got my s2, and was advised to post up if anyone wanted to do an interior swap, got several offers and ended up swapping my red for 'euromandelux' black interior, he came round to my join spent the day doing the swap and worked out fantastic. not hard to do at all. its all clips, the only tricky part is feeding it under the head unit.
