Mugen Exhaust - Chrome or Not

    Hey Guys,

I'm relativley new to the forums... I've just purchased myself a 2002 Civic EP3R from Japan and have just finished compliancing it.

The car has come with a bunch of extra's, one including a Mugen Exhaust. This may be a dumb question, though I am just wondering if these are usually chrome.

I have seen a bunch of video's on youtube, etc where the exhaust is chrome. Mine seems to be a dull silver as per the attached photo.

How am I able to bring the chrome back?

    Any advice?

    Cheers

Well least its not a gayloop, just needs a good metal polish and it should be chrome.

Probably sand it with a 2500 grit and 3000 grit sand paper beforehand, to get rid of the small scratches and other stuff

i reccomend using meguires nxt metal polish, or purple. go autobarn they should be under $25
