Question Does this looks okay or has to be fixed?

Please have a look at the pics below:
Its seems the PS pump is leaking and the red band pipe too(don't know what line it is??). Is this normal?? Seems to me it should be clean out there with no black greasy slimy things covering those areas.
Can anyone tell me a good mechanic to go to @ Gold Coast for Honda and how much does an alternator reconditioning costs and the price for new after market alternator?
Has anyone had their alternator replaced or rebuild, as it seems to be a common problem in Euro or Honda vehicles(Source : Ultratune , Southport)?

    Thanks!!

    I'm assuming you have a cl9 accord.

1: you sure it's not the ps steering hose leaking back to the pump? If so there is a recall at the momentto replace them hoses.
2: aftermarket alternator for euro? I doubt it.
3: see if you can source a alternator off a Arendt to save some money

    Thanks Fredoops!!

    Yes, I have euro CL9 '05 .
I have booked for the recall coming Saturday at Southport Honda.
My car's alternator is not working. I called up Ashdown - they have a Denso make for 670/- . I am looking around if someone had their car's alternator changed or rebuild etc.? Good thing is that Euro has Denso make alternator as OEM.

The leaks around power steering pump might look clean after the recall work done, but not sure. And I don't know why the red-band pipe is leaking.
