Winton Test and Tune

Im heading to Winton on Friday for my first test and tune day there and just wanted to get the word from people that have been before. What should I expect? I am assuming that there wont be a great number of cars there given the time of year and that its a Friday. Are their pit facilities to store wheels etc? Also what time is best to go? Do I have to be there at 8am, or can I get there later?

u can get there any time b4 4pm and ull be good, lol they close the track at 430 or 5.

theres open pit area, i dont think they open the garages unless u pay for them.

morning is when ull c the most cars, it seems to die off in teh arvo.

yep im heading up this Friday aswell. Im also a track noob and hoping Winton go easy on me. Look like its gonna rain.
