DC5R TYPE-R rear badge is more to the left than it should be?

hey i just recently noticed that my TYPE-R badge on the back of my dc5r is more to the left than other ones, i dont think its ever been replaced but its been like that since i bought it, but i did buy it with some scratch marks around the badge looks like someones tried removing it before, but i was just wondering what kind of reasons the badge would be moved more to the left?

This. There should be two pins in the boot that align the badge, have a look there.
