Anyone imported an s2000 from japan?

Really considering importing a car from japan to australia.

They all have really low km's like 60,000-80,000 and they are really clean.

Places like Jspec and import monster look promising, but i was jsut wondering if anyone has had any experiences with importing an s2000 (is it allowed to comply a s2000 for street use in australia) , and any other car for that matter.!.

Check the SEVS listing. Its impossible to import an S2000 unless its a "Type VGS" aka a Tyre R or S by DC5 equivalency or any other car without prior owning it for 1yr in the country you're importing it from, as well as documentation of proof you lived there for 1yr with papertrail of further proof in the form of weekly / fortnight / monthly pay slips as proof.
