CL9 - Mugen Front Under Spoiler

Hey guys, i'm currently on the NENGUN site cos I want this front for my CL9 >
    http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/f...EDIT2Large.jpg (Front under spoiler)

I'm confused though, cos the one in the picture looks like 2 pieces to the front bumper. Mine is kinda just .. one piece.
It looks like this > http://www.eurodb.com.au/uploads/CDS30_167TNC301_1.jpg
I'm confused because my car has the headlight washers and how bumper replacement goes with those...
How do you actually install this damn thing? If im even able to? haha
Also, do I need to cut part of the actual bumper for it to fit?
Hopefully all this makes sense to you all..

*EDIT* Also.. anyone know where I can find this front bumper/lip?

just put it on with your bumper and then use some screw to hold it

its not 2 pieces, what your seeing is the top of the lip, that's how it sits on the bumper.
you dont need to cut your bumper to fit it, like civicVI said, use some screws to hold it in place, 4 should be enough - 2 on both ends, where the lip bends around in the wheel guard, and another 2 on the inside of the big centre gap beneath the screwhole for the foglights. that way their hidden.
    hope that helps mate

oh okay, so from my old bumper, it just sits on top? And I just screw it on to hold it in place? Makes sense. It just seemed so weird from pictures cos I couldn't see how that would work! haha, but thanks for your help guys.
Also CiviVI, is yours already painted silver? and whereabouts in Melbourne are you? cos im from south east suburbs. Also, what condition is it in? e.g, scratches?
