From what I have read on the forums so far it would appear that induction and exaust upgrades are a safe bet when starting out.

    Any suggestions, experiences.

I/H/E is one of the most common mods Honda owners do. There are endless other mods to do to N/A setups (cams, throttle body, engine management) but that is the most common and the starting point. Generally for headers it's best to go for 2.5 piping and then 2.25 from cat back. Hi-flow cats will make a big difference, irrespective of what others will tell you. With the muffler, you could get a 6inch cannon if you wanted to as it is essentially just for looks and noise but usually a 3inch tip looks best, i.e. Apexi N1 style.

    Hope that helps...

I'd start with a good reusable filter insert and a high flow cat, mandrel bent exhaust and high flow muffler (but I don't know which ITR you run - both have pretty good exhausts stock. Also a good set of brand name extractors from Japan - avoid the aussie stuff as it's often cheap and next to useless... Hurricane is a bad brand to get IMO.

what car/engine do you have?... normally 2-2.25 inch is enough for a n/a honda.. set of 4-2-1 headers... maybe a cai or a panel depending on your budget, will let your car breath easier

I am the proud owner of a red 2000 ITR.

Just pondering, not likely to do much more than change my air filter at the moment.

    Thanx for the replies.

H&K make good guns. the MP5 is probably their most well known thanks to stuff like counter-strike and tom clancy novels. the MP5A2 was actually developed in 1964 http://www.hk-usa.com/

I don't recommmend mounting any of their products on your car though, you will probably get pulled over by the police.

i assume you are asking about HKS ?
