    Engine oil leak on a bb6 prelude

    Hey all, just wondering how much it would cost to fix an engine oil leak on a bb6 prelude?
    - if DIY possible can you guide me how?

    you'll first of all have to pin point the leak. it could be worn gasket/seal that would need replacing. if you're a noob better off going to a mechanics to get it checked out/for an opinion. save yourself more headaches in the long run if not done properly. good luck

    What area is the leak coming from front or back of the engine?pics?

    if its sump gasket, thats an easy fix. drain oil pull off sump, replace gasket, put sump back on.

    Cam seal, take off rocker cover, timing cover, replace seal, replace rocker cover gasket.

    Rear main needs gearbox removable.

    Front crank shaft seal needs removal of harmonic balancer.
