    DC5 Broadway rearview mirrors

    Hey guys,
On topic are Broadway mirrors in particular the 300m convex type. I have this on my DC5R. As we all know the side rear windows on a DC5 are really small, and can be a potential hazardous blindspot if you arent paying 100% attention whilst driving. I think its fair to say some of us slack off sometimes and get into close calls, others we just cant bloody see!
I also am very lazy and dont really like to dart my head back and forth between whats infront, to the side, behind and in my blind spots. Which I think is dangerous as you take your eyes off the road to check your blindspot, and in that brief moment the traffic conditions can change.

So thats why I decided to buy these, to be more safe.

They are so easy to install you pretty much slap them on your existing rearview, and the differences are night and day. I have a much larger sight radius, so that mean I have a better situational awareness going on, and it is also clear and crisp. So I can see MORE and see it MORE CLEARLY. My left rear blindspot doesnt feel so blind anymore!

Despite this rearview mirrors size, it is not cumbersome and will not get in the way when you put the sun shades down, as shown.

It only cost me $20 and its money well spent. It took just a while to get the dimensioning of the mirror.

    So here's a summary:
    - Cheap
    - Easy to install
    - Safety
    - More confidence in adverse conditions
    - Makes driving more comfortable

I've also included some pictures and a short install.

Pretty much hold it the right way up, hook the top part of the rearview onto your existing one, [red] pull it down [yellow] and hook the bottom part on [green] this will then vice onto your existing rearview. How simple is that?
