    Integra feels slower than usual

hi guys. got a problem with my car. My car feels slower (less torque being felt) when i full throttle my car. Normally at low range i can feel the torque gradually building up until vtec kicks in but all the sudden, my car has gone sluggish and feels slower.

I've recently changed my car's Oil and when i drove my car, it felt faster again but after afew days later.. the car has gone weak and sluggish again

Any reason on whats causing this and how can i fix it.??

Is the oil viscosity the same?
    Using the same fuel?
Did you fill to the line perfectly or overfilled?

List anything besides the oil that youve added/changed

Using the same fuel? Yes. always refilling Shells 98.
Did you fill to the line perfectly or overfilled? Jst overfilled like slightly? I overfilled when i previously changed my oil and it didnt affect the performance.

Maybe it could be my dizzy or spark plugs? cause I remembered I still haven't changed them yet since ownership.

But you said its become sluggish now.
Do you mean after the oil change suddenly or leading up to the oil change?

You may as well inspect and or replace the plugs anyway in case theyre stuffed
Its a process of elimination really, thats why I asked what else has changed or different which might contribute to the issue

Do you mean after the oil change suddenly or leading up to the oil change? the sluggish occurred when leading up to the oil change. Then right after the oil change the car was running fine again then a week later, it became sluggish again.
