[EK] : How to check is the low fuel light working or not

    Disclaimer:
The following is provided as a GUIDE ONLY, and neither myself nor Ozhonda take any responsibility for the outcomes of someone else doing the following. You follow these steps at your own risk!

    Note:
This is my first write up on DIY section , please excuse my English/Grammar

    Aim:
To check is the low fuel light work

    Required:
    Couple of basic tools ,
    Spanner set
    Screwdrivers
    wire to test

    1:
Remove the rear seat (check other DIY if you don't know how to)

    2:
Remove the access panel by undo those screws

    3:
This is the plug that we're looking for , pull the cover off , undo the plug

    4:
Here's how to test it ..
    - use the spare wire and put it in the plug between yellow/green wire and black wire
    - turn the ignition ON , but! not start the car
    - if the light is still working , it will show on the cluster

    - if the light's not showing , check the bulb in the cluster

    5:
if you want to check your fuel gauge ..
    - put the spare wire in the plug between yellow wire and black wire
    - just see if the needle moving that's all !! do not let it hit the full , this might damage the gauge

    6:
That's it , let put everything back

Hopefully , this will help someone who might be interested to know if their low fuel light is working without taking a risk and run it down till there is no fuel at all

    See you again next time

Thanks for the DIY man. Will be very helpful.
Sounds like a lot of EK's have the problem of the fuel light not working or the bulb being out so a great way to test.
