    You guys don't have winter season like I do... I can only drive my car several months of the year... while my car is down I always do something crazy.... I decided I would share my build with you all. I know some of you know my ride. For the rest here is my last setup:

    Well I will start updating my new build... special thanks to PhilipR for all his help so far!

    I will just post pictures in order!

    Start by removing bumpers




    Then removed some more parts lol like the engine! haha






    from there I started working on removing everything... started with:


    then






    kept stripping.. now fenders and more lines etc.





    started a good collection of parts lying around lol







    Now for the fun!!! Time to start welding!













    this is as far as I've gotten... I'm just started to grind down all of the welds.

    ok more build update!

    Spent the day with my buddy Phil again and we went to town. Grinding and cutting and removing the seam sealer and even teased ourselves a little by trying some hardener.

    Started grinding down some of the welds...





    and for fun tried out some hardener

    Rocking setup you have going there mate. Shame to see the old dc5 be stripped down from its prime but it's to make way for newer and better things

    nothing crazy but spent a couple of hours grinding again tonight... oh the joys.....







    I know I have lots to go and some or sloppy as i got bored... but friday I will continue...


    I also removed more seam sealer

    Ah yes, winter.. When all the big boys are locked up and trashy dailies are out. Sweet car, looking forward to seeing more!
