    dc2 exhaust on eg??

    hey guys ive been told dc2 stuff shuld fit on eg.
    so im lookin for a full exhaust for my car.
    n this guy who owns a full exhaust for a dc2 reckons the b-pipe wont fit...true or na?!?!

    It depends what engine and if the headers/cat is all original and not modified.

    If it is a B series with a originally designed DC2 header + Cat then teh b pipe will fit bolt on wise.

    however the axel back wont.

    Of course anything can fit if you are willing to modify it.

    Your local exhaust shop can get anything to fit, if u paid them to do it for you, would be costly if they need to mod it a fair bit. but i had a sr20det exhaust for s13, to fit a na ca18de they charge me $90 for fitting and the welding they done..

    i had a dc2r exhaust in my sedan, fitted up all ok..smashed it and transfer all over to eg hatch just had to mod the axel back (cut tip and mod the pipe) got charlie to do it that was over 2 yrs ago only charged me 100

    Just modified a EG axle back to suit a DC4 & it cost $30 (that was extending the pipe). So you probably looking at around the same to shorten it
