    When does VTEC engage on a stock b16a2?

    Hey guys, wondering if you can tell me when vtec is supposed to engage on a stock b16a2? The exact point, not just "around 6.5k etc...

    Hmm im pretty sure that Vtec engagement on my B16a1 is at 4800rpm.
    Then again been a few days since iv driven the car : /

    As dougie 504 said, 5600 is stock vtec engagement.. Depending on if yur ecu is tuned or not, can get it lower.. And also yur revs should limit at 8,450 Rpm at stock..

    Cheers guys. That's all I need to know I have an engine running a vafc and just wanted to check to see what stock settings are to see if these are different
