HELP! =[ Injen CAI install into an EK civic

I am a total noob at this but bought an injen CAI off another ozhonda member =] The intake came off an EM1 and i assume it was a B16A2 engine? I want to put the injen onto a D16y4.

    My questions are:
    - will they fit (with/without modification)
    - will i need to buy an aftermarket oxygen sensor cable
    - what are the two holes near the throttle body for? I know one is an oxygen sensor hole but the other one.. not sure.

ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. Thanks so much!

Wont 100% fit - your d16y4 has a smaller throttle body than the b16a2 and the silicon end pipe MAY not fit on properly. You will have to over tighten the clamp/s so just trial fit and see how u go.
Apart from this small issue the intake should fit exactly the same into the front right guard. You will need to remove your resonator.
The two holes are this -

PCV intake ( rubber tube to the cam cover) and the IAT sensor ( intake air temp sensor)

You need to run silicone hose reducer from intake pipe to the throttle body
