    what is this part called?

    Hey guys,

What is the part called next to the intake manifold on a k20a engine? The top radiator hose connects to it. Im looking for the oem part. I found tonnes of aftermarket by searching k20a upper coolant. If not will aftermarket do the job?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    hey
    has this part broken?
when you say the top radiator hose connects to it, is it part of the radiator or a clamp needed?
are you talking about the reservoir hose

upper coolant housing part maybe? any pics?

You could probably source this part from a wreaking k20a, or go to your local honda, they should be able to help you
i'm not to sure what it is, could be the coolant temp sensor.

Yeah most wreckers dnt have a k20a

I brought a k20 head n that part was missing. My current engine (k20z4) no longer incorporates this part anymore so couldnt swap over.

that is the upper coolant housing if i'm not mistaken, honda can most likely supply this part for your head, or get a k-tuned one

do a bit more research find which is most compatible
