ABS problem

Hey, was just wondering if anyone else had the same ABS problem as me (1998 Honda Integra vti-r)

My ABS activates when im coming to a stop, the ABS warning light on the cluster ISN'T lit up, does anyone know what the problem is or does anyone have the same problem??
