I know roughly because when i fill up full (until it clicks) then it leaks until it reads half on my gauge. Then when it's reading low i fill up 25-30L (abit over half on the gauge) and it doesn't leak. And the tank is from a dc2 vtiR so im assuming its a 50L tank.

I reckon because the 2 way valve for vacuum is on the middle of the fuel tank, that's why u are not losing fuel.
So again check the vaccum lines and return line. Tell us what will happen

I'm not sure why no one suggested changing all the fuel lines ?

You do realise that EFi fuel pressure is like 10 times carby pressure ?

    Change your fuel lines asap.

Get rid of the charcoal cannister while you're at it Haha.. jk... But it does clear up a lot of mess.

Are they using high pressure Hoses for fuel feed and return. or just normal hoses

  10. #22
They are using fuel line rubber hoses - has braided/threaded lines within the rubber

Hey guys just replaced and switched the return/vacuum hoses and NO MORE LEAKS so far! Cheers for the help! But only problem now is when i fill up full on my dash the lever only goes to 3/4 of the way and not to the "F" indicator. I believe my float in my tank is playing up, but how do i access it/replace it?

That's mean the return/ vaccum were connected wrong as i said.
you can access the fuel float under the rear seat, you got couple of nuts.
