Check Engine Light on with codes: 62-1, 62-2

    Hi guys,
I have a 1998 civic ej8, d16y8 engine. I just had the head ported by an engine builder. Put everything back together, the engine start up, sound good, run smooth. Test run and the check engine light pop up and vtec didn't engage but the car run smooth. After I ran the car for an hour or more, now the vtec is engaged but the check engine light is still on. Then I turn the ignition off then on again and start the car, check engine light is gone. Then I took it for a run again and the it turn back on again. so then I plug in the launch x431 to diagnose and it came up with this 2 codes:
62-1 [ff, 1e, 3e, 1] please refer to relevant technical manual
62-2 [ff, 1e, 3e, 2] please refer to relevant technical manual

I did lots of reseach on the net and I can't find any information for this 2 codes. Really need some help guys all help is appreciated.

got the codes: 23, 21, 10. I think I got the air temp sensor and vtec solenoid fixed, just unplug and clean it then reset the ecu and it seem to be gone. Now, only the knock sensor left.

    is it connected ?

did the sensor get damaged when work was done on the head area ?
