    i think the jazz has a speednut/washer thingy on it, like the pins go into the car and then on the otherside they pop a then washer over the pin and that holds it onto the car nice and tight.
    if u go to pull it of, the pins snap or the washers do.

    but u can still use silicone to hold it in after. i took mine off used a cheap red one (which faded yellow and the red melted and sank to the bottom of the badge), so i grabbed some CF wrap and cut it to shape put the holes in it and made a BOSS cf background badge

    the glue was all over the back of the badge so i just pushed it down and warmed it up with a hairdryer. Hasn't come off since
