Auto - 5 speed sequential gearbox

Hi all, i was trialling out the recommended sequential gear shifting speeds (from the Honda menu) but it felt that i was always shifting too early at too low speeds...... What speed do you guys change at for sequential?? Thanks for the expert opinion!!

2500-3500rpm

more than 5000 rpm or no point using it. or shift it down before making turns.

dont normally us this function. mainly use for 9 pm after work on a quiet road.......
