Revmoving rear view mirror

hi guys! i need to remove my rear view mirror since its cracked but i cant get the plastic cover off it to get to the 3 screws! i tried sticking a flat head in but doesnt do much

i know what it looks like because i found it on ebay what it looks like but cant figure what to do. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/96-98-00-...-/290673769910

anyone have any idea how to take the cover off or a method? thank u!

Edit: Never mind i got it finally! u have to stick a flat head coming up from the windshield side and then angle it horizontal.
