lol good observation. I rotated the tyres left to right instead of front to back, but then realised my mistake and changed it back

While everyone was at iQon today, I got some good work done on the beast, with the help of a few mates Installed the Goodridge braided brake lines, bled the fluid and replaced with some new Motul RBF 600, installed new Acre front pads, and while I was at it, installed the rear camber arms (easiest job I've ever done).

    The car on all fours

The brake lines and front pads

    Me replacing the pads

All done (that wasn't too hard)

Draining the brake fluid once we removed the first brake line. Just stored it in a good ol mount franklin bottle I had lying around

    Old vs new

    Fitted

The fitment was actually really good! The brackets and everything lined up perfect, length was perfect, so very happy with them so far. They even came with a full set of new replacement bolts and washers! Now to see how they perform...

    Rear brake lines

    Hardrace rear camber arms

On max negative camber setting, vs the old

There was all kinds of webs and spider eggs and shit on the old one. Pretty much a new civilisation growing in this bitch!

    Me installing it

    Fitted

Now just need to install the fronts and get a wheel alignment.

On the rear left one (pictured above) I found the previous owner had put two washers behind each bolt. wtf... But then when I put the car back down on the ground I noticed why. The rear left wheel for some reason has way more neg camber than the right! Looks ridiculous. But I've got adjustable now so can easily fix that. I'll let the wheel shop worry about it

yeah seems a bit dodgy ay. Although it was only on the rear left, not the right. Is this normal?

Come to think of it, I have seen a few civics before where the rear left wheel looks more cambered than the right... hmmm

Which arms? LCAs? Camber arms? Both look fine to me, and the latter are brand new. Any other possibilities?

Thanks mate not yet! Wanted to take it the dyno day but hadn't had a chance yet to fix up my mount. If any dyno days pop up I'm keen to give it a run

you referring to slits or rotor vanes?
i dont think slits matter which way they go but vanes do.
seems like that rotor got straight vanes, not directional curved vanes.

No, na-118 is quite right. We did put them on the wrong way. I'm going to swap them over next time I feel like working on the car lol
