    What bumper is this?

Any idea what this is? It looks like the foglights have been integrated into the little vents rather than the more common foglight housing that people install on facelift bumpers. This is a French car, by the way. Has anyone seen anything like this?

I'm guessing it's factory. The guy selling it had a pic of the odometer and it only had 10k kms, previously owned by an elderly couple. Any idea guys? Trim levels in France etc? Anything I could use as a lead to help me find what it is.
