17x9 +22 or 17x9 +35 CE28N?

Hi Guys,

Looking to purchase a set of CE28N for my EP3R, was wondering if a 17x9 +22 all round or a 17x9 +35 all round will fit nicely?
I have seen RPF1 in 17x9 +22 fit an EP3 but i am not sure if the CE28N will

And also if they will clear Project Mu 4 Pot calipers?

Was looking through that thread too and found this post by RPS.13 regarding 17x9 +38 fronts an 17x8 +32 rears. Hope it helps!

"Fronts you could probably get away with 235/45 or maybe even 245/40, depending on how much camber your at. Rears maybe 225/45 or 215/45 if the 225's are pushing it a bit. I was able to just tuck in 225/45 Advan A048, 17x7.5 +32's on the rear, with about -1.0 camber on the rear. Probably had maybe 3mm clearence to the guard lip inder full compression, maybe a few mm more.

The fronts you'll most likely have an issue with scrubbing at full lock. I had very light rubbing when I ran 245/40 A048's, 17x8 +38 on the fronts. It was only apparent when parking. On the track it was fine. The tyres tucked in fine at around -2.38 camber."

x9 +22 will clear it fine. Not sure if +35 will though.

I think Vyets cleared his calipers with +35 on his S2000

There is a Melbourne member here use to run the same spec calipers on his FL ep3 +22 will clear the front with calipers on and rear wll fit wth +35.

Umm I'm not sure, It was a FL with white RPF1

my bad, 9+22 will clear, but JUST clears, bit too close for my comfort though, even on evo brembos

I see alot of fail in this thread... ep3 dont run evo brembo so why is there conparison between 9j22 clearing evo brembo and ab ep3r.. there is no correlation.

9j22 will fit an ep3r but i believe the you cant go any bigger than a 225/45/17 tyre unless you want to run camber -4 or more. I think with the wheel specs above and a 225/45.. u will need -2.5 to -3 in addition to rolleed guards
