    Engine shutting down while driving

    Its a 5th gen prelude.
Problem started recently. car has done 150k serviced regularly with all the necessary parts replaced.
I simply lose all power to electricals randomly while driving. Engine starts up and you could see the revs going up but doesnt stay the next two tries to start up but works fine the third time.
I do have a 760W pioneer amp conncected to the battery recently.
What do you think the problem is ?
Im going to disconnect the amp at the battery to see if it would fix the issue.

    Any insights ?

    Thanks heaps

My car had water damage and when I would drive it, it would periodically shut down.. replacing the ECU was my solution.

Make sure that all of the wiring is still firmly connected at the battery.

Does it restart later? If yes check your main relay weld spots.
