They wont rub if you are stock height

the difference in diameter is 5mm

the difference in speed reading is 1.49 % less than 3 %.

I have looked on google and around ozhonda but i cant seem to find the information i need. I would like to know what

Not sure what's a good size tyre you can use... but three doors down, there's a person who drives an FD Civic with those exact rims, might take a look at what tyre size they use for you if I have time.

195's on a set of 7.5 inch wheels?

    are they stretched?

195/45/17 is too small for the 17x7+55 wheels.

Your rolling diameter is -4.3% of what it needs to be (http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Tire-...5R17/195-45R17).

Here in NZ stock spec with that wheels shown above using 225/50/17, but most of imported Japan CL7/9s that wheels wrapped with 215/50 or 55/17 (forgot exactly, but I do know for sure the width of the tyres 225 being NZ spec and 215 JDM spec).
    That wheel offset is +55
