What happens if you refuse to give a breath test?

As per title, what would happen if you refuse to blow into the breathalyzer. I know they would take you into the station, but then what?

As additional info, I rarely drink, and never drink and drive. Just curious to know the answer.

Arrested and taken back to the station for a breath analysis. Refuse that too and you get charged which means you go to court etc.

You'll probably end up finding yourself blowing on unconventional 'equipment' instead of the standard issue breathalyzer, as well as a lot of police junk shoved in all your orifices.

You get arrested, taken back to the station and charged for refusing a breath analysis.
