Can't turn PM email notifications on?

When I try to turn on the email notification option in settings so that I receive an email with new PMs I get this message:

"You did not enter the correct format for the Verification Question field. Please read the field description for the expected format."

I've tried using IE and chrome, same message.

    Anyway to fix this?

    Cheers

Well the error message stopped coming up, but the emails themselves don't seem to be coming through to my email.

Also, is there any good way to contact a member to tell them that their PM inbox is full?

    Hi again mods,
Not receiving email notifications of PM received.

Gone through settings and it's definitely on, searched junk box in email can't find anything.

    Is the option disabled again?

I just checked and it works for me. Are you getting any emails from Ozhonda (ie thread subscriptions for example).

The option is set in your profile.
