    Lightbulb Suspension set up !!!HELP!!!

I'm currently looking to upgrade the suspension and handling of my 98 civic. In the future I'm planning to do an engine swap and hopefully be pushing out between 3-400 hp n/a before doing a forced induction. Only want to do the suspension upgrade once. So any help would be extremely helpful.
This is what I have planned so far

    Suspension + handling
    - axles - oem
    - tie rods - oem
    - extended lower ball joints - mfactory
    - upper+ lower control arms
    - rear frame brace/ sway bar
    - front sway bar
    - adjustable camber control
    - new brake pads - project mu type hc+
    - drilled + slotted disks
    - brake fluid
    - adjustable coilovers
    - two way adjustable shocks ( independent compression. Rebound control)
    - upper shock mounts
    - new tow hooks

Firstly, what will you be using the car for? Drag, circuit, hill climb, street? From there we can work out what you will require as for somethings there is no need to do certain modifications but for other things you will require more.

In regards to you hp output, you will be hard pressed to make that sort of power n/a, but saying that, its not unreachable (300hp anyway)

Even if I just hit 300hp I would be ecstatic. I'm planning to use it as a street legal strip car.
I'm planning to start a new thread for that. As for this one lets talk suspension and handling. I wanna know how to keep that front down and how to keep it just enough street to pass those sneaky sneaky cops

the problem is that your prioritys are wrong, new tow hooks should be at the top of the list.
Mate my bbk cost more than your Honda.

you can have all the power u want like your 300HP. but without getting that power to ground its useless.
those front tyres will keep spinning on the spot.

Because you mentioned street legal strip car.
The adjustable coilover with custom spring rates.

Stiffer rear springs to minimse when you launch the load transfers from front to rear(squatting in the rear), to keep the traction on the front wheels.
Just not super stiff you want the suspension to move freely enough so it can respond properly to the chassis n ground.

Some of the benfits towards adjustable coilovers apart from the obvious is that you can have it at that ride height where its not extremelylow but still helps you fnd that point where it eleminates some wheel hop and have it at a legalish ride height. :P
I did notice from your list you havent included "TRACTION BARS" or bushes!!!!

if your planning going all out on motor/power
the same should be said about suspension handling.
