    Post battery size

    hi guys, can anyone tell me is there any reason why honda wants such a large battery for prelude vtir,1997..onwards..thx

    it needs more current to start

    it needs to power all the electrical features in the car while it's off..

    they doesn't want it to go flat as easily as it would in a civic

    Older large Hondas had bigger batteries. Same for CB and CD Accord.

    if u want a smaller battery you can get them but batterys that are small with the required cca get very expensive, search"optima batterys"
    Mate my bbk cost more than your Honda.
