Relocate S2K throttle body MAP sensor

HI folks, looking for a bit of help on the issue above.
I have a very low profile bonnet on my car and need to relocate the MAP sensor. Can it be done and what issues is it likely to cause (i.e. wht do I need to do to make it work properly)? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Mount it under the TB.
A few aftermarket TB do this. From memory Skunk2 comes to mind.

Thanks Ludecrs. I have done the relocation and your suggestion, more or less is where I have located it.
The engine is going in a Lotus 7 clone and as fate would have it I had to relocate the alternator and had the upper mount free to take a new bracket that holds the MAP sensor now.

Mapo sensors can be mounted anywhere so long as they are sealed correctly, normally you put it where it out of the way and plumbing and wiring it isnt a problem.
