Best place for a RWC in Melbourne?

To cut a long story short, I need to get another RWC check done. Where is the best place to go around Melbourne, specifically east (Richmond area)?

Do most garages do these checks, and is it a flat rate?

All places are different, and when it comes to what they overlook and what they don't, it all depends on the person doing the test and how strict their boss is lol.
I've seen them as cheap as like $150 and as much as $250 for the initial check alone. Im pretty sure vicroads filtered out a lot of the dogies recently. Just look for a garage that has the "Licensed Vehicle Tester" sign up.
