theres 2 types of BOSS sizes, theres the 6x74mm size and the other 6x70mm PCD.

if u have a HKB boss then it probably has both sets of holes in it.

either way this requires your steering wheel to have a 6x70mm PCD but the nardi has the 6x74mm
since it has 2 holes on top and bottom.

6x70mm pcd steering wheels generally have one on top and bottom

    eg

    2 on top

    1 on top

on scond thought if u flipped it over and used the 6x70mm into your boss and then the 6x74mm for the wheel it could work thats if it can be mounted in opposite fashion

it says so, and ontop of that its a 2 piece so that the bolts wont interfere with each other.

btw u could also get a quick release as it would move it back aswell.
aslong as the quick release has the correct PCD's

    I'd give it a try

If the holes don't line up drill the holes to fit
You can drill the hole bigger or use the same size drill bit and go side ways to stretch the hole longer

    Easy fix

You don't have to bolt the spacer to the boss kit. Just give the spacer clearance for a longer screw to bolt straight to the boss kit
    My style

if he has the equipment to bolt them in straight.
if it was me i would since i have the ability but rather then get one that DEFINATELY doesnt fit, get one that is more likely to.
