Don't know what Civic I really have..

Hi guys, I'm new to forum and tried to find out what model I have

so many times but couldn't find yet..

It's 1992 Civic sedan and when I looked at some posts, it seems all EG are different

from mine. I know EG and EH look same but different in engine and etc.

I found the engine number which was D16A8 written on the bottom of the engine and

it is written as 'Bulit date MAR 92 EH9' so it is 1.6l which is same engine as CRX.

Also, vin number starts with JHMEH9 so I am so confused. There are no 1.6 EG civic on Carsales specs, they are all 1.5 so I looked at EH and they have 1.6 but the engine code was D16Y1.

Can anyone please tell me what model my car is? Thanks!

Judging by your VIN I'd say its safe to say an EH9.
