I don't know where the 360mm comes from, I have 2007 Wheel and 2013 wheel, both are 340mm..

Gen1 Spoon Steering Wheels were 320mm I think. As far as I know the Spoon Wheel is the only MOMO wheel with this size, it is misconception that Spoon Wheel is just a Monte-Carlo (320mm & 350mm). It is very similar, but the 340mm spec is unique to Spoon, and the Spoon wheel doesn't require use of the silver (horn) spacer ring on the Monte Carlo.

The "360mm" Spoon S-wheels on eBay are obviously fake being $75 each LOL.

Oh, I thought the spoon wheel was the Momo Monte Carlo without the Spoon horn button. Even on JHPUSA.COM they list the spoon wheels as 360mm's..

The internet: the most reliable source of unreliable information !

JHP and ICB both list it as 360mm but you would be surprised how much 'cut'n'pasting' those traders do for the product descriptions on their websites..
bit of a case of 'Chinese whispers'... or maybe the Americans cant quite get grip on the metric system ?

Same wheel, it's the boss kit with a wiring harness that tricks your abs computer into thinking the airbag is still there so you dont get the abs code light showing on cluster, always a dead giveaway to the 5-0.. essentially it's an airbag delete kit
