    Torquing sway bar

Got a sway bar the other day and I've just tightened it as much as I can. Is this alright or must the brackets and enlinks need to be torqued??

Anal practice is to always torque

39 Nm for the D brackets and 38Nm on the nut that holds the endlinks on (from the service manual)

Don't tighten as much as you can

Do it to the correct toque mentioned above OR finger tight + half a turn with a spanner or ratchet

Also , tighten on FLAT ground with suspension settled. So, either drive on Ramps - a
Hoist or jack up each corner to roughly what the suspension would compress at and tighten as to not preload the bar

Alright ill torque em. I thought the torque specs were 16ft-lbs for brackets and 20ft-lbs for end links
