Sub Issue - Works but Doesn't?

Whenever i turn my car on I hear 2 big Boom's then my sub doesn't work after that.
I checked all the cables at the back and they seem to be plugged in Ok.
Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?

I also noticed that the light on the AMP is red rather then blue (pretty sure it was blue before)

Thanks in advance for any help!

If your amp lights red something wrong in wiring Check the fuse on amp, check if the subwoofer negative and positive wires are touching and check out your ground

Fuses are good, ground wire is clean and strongly touching the base.
I also checked that no wires are touching... Anything else it could be?

Is it possible that the amp has gone?

I reckon go over your whole wiring

inb4 rem wire connected to something else....

Hey dude, whats the white wire for? Looks like a telephone line cable. I've never seen that before either.

From What I can tell in that foto

    Left side

Top wire the fk is that for? Cause of problems? Maybe. Try disconnecting it.

Bottom 2 should lead back to your head unit. This wire carries the sound signals.

    Right side

    Top to bottom in order

2 wires out to sub. - These two should never touch or gg.

Power - Brings power from battery to amp should have an inline fuse in that wire close to battery.

REM - Leads back to headunit, tells the amp to turn off and on.

Earth - Earths your amp and sub.

So for the sub to work, you need power, earth, REM, Signal wires from HU to amp and amp to sub.

You have an extra wire on the left side looks like a phone cable.

Who did your install? Looks messy. The signal wires out to sub look dodgy as. Do it properly before you set your car on fire.

the sub control on these amps is more like a volume switch, its a handy function to have head units tend to control the amount of bass signal sent to the amp, these controls increase the volume of bass which is put out if the amp is used in a low frequency.
