everything is possible! just depends how far do you want to go with it and also how deep is your pocket...

I'm looking to drop the engine by end of this year, and see what possibility I have.
1st option as I said before i'm just looking to rebuilt the engine, bad thing is parts is so scare. I have to look into UK or Jap market for it.

Forged Piston/ring set (3) is costing about $1500 already... that's more expensive than a forged K piston or B !!

2nd option is engine transplant from Busa/K swap/B swap, rebuilt the current motor for spare.
I also rather to go with the B swap, as now they are pretty cheap to come by and also i'm not so sure what works need to be done until I drop the whole current E07A engine and all its sub frame.

For B Swap There is no Kit, or instruction manual other than the Link to the guy in US that did it. Wether it is complete or not Now one knows.. as he stop updating the threads for many years.

A video of Russian B16 Swap (youtube it)
    BYS B18CR swap (just pictures)

I have not yet finalised what I want to do with it. For now, I just get some parts and let see where i'm heading in few months time.

so im just enjoying the moment, just getting the car running and drives so I could cruise around polluting the air with burnt oil smell smoke LOL.

Had some free time over the weekend to tinker something with the car.

I have not actualy opened up the Airbox and see the conditions of the air filter

here is the airbox after opening up the rear trunk panel

To my supprise when i Open up the Air box, there is some kind of Vortex generators. Presumably is made in Japan? LOL
definately some one is trying to push a little more power out of this 660 E07A motor..

I Didn't bother to take photo of the Intake panel.
It's full of red dust and alots of funny kind of things.. it just way beyond it usage life..

So this is what is under that Panel filter, a Dirty Intake area.

So then i deploy this Cleaning unit army
A little bit of scrubs, and cleaning up all the engine bay connectors in hope that i clear that check light (nope still got check light ).
loosen up a few linkages and make sure they are well oiled

In between that I decided to throw in a set of New set of Spark Plug, Time to throw away the old Bosch and replace with with Some NGK goodness
    Part no: BKR7E-11

After few T/B cleaner and a few bit of cleaning, come out quite nicely.

I started the car up with out the airbox and WHOAAAHH!! the noise of that ITB was so angry!

At the end of the day, I decided to just put an air ducting system to it, and leave the air box out for now. it's summer time anyway, don't think water is going in there and also the noise is just too good to be not heard lol..

Here is the Video that i Took while take the car for a spin. Again.. Excuse the Video, Just listen to the sound
The car was so small, I do not know where to put my mobile phone on...

along that video duration, it was pedal to metal shifting 1st to 3rd and.. guess what.. i was only manage to do a 80km/h run.
Sounds fast, feels fast, but reality vs expectations o.O

Lastly, I'm Spending my sunday night drooling over RS Mach Website www.rsmach.com
A small tuning company dedicated to the Honda Kei-car in japan. Only if money wasn't an issue

    Cheers

    Well, that didn't take long....

Drove the car on Monday to work, and back home. a little bit of spirited driving on way home (who can resist that i/t/b sound!)
parked it inside the garage and it just doesn't wants to start back up on tuesday night.

It crank over, and sounded like it just doesnt want to start.

it has fuel - Fuel pump primes. Plugs taken out and was flooded with fuel.
it has spark - checked the distributor and check for spark

I ran through all the check list, and even tried with with Nulon 'Start you bastard' Ether spray, Nope.. its not responding either.

So after all that frustration I decided to Take appart what ever i can anyway.

I then can reveal the ECu behind the Passanger seats panels so then Checked the ECU, everything looks good. No burnt or leak diodes.
Tested the main relay, and its ticked over.

all the rear trims are stripped out, im leaving the fronts one for now.

Will continue tonight, firstly with compression test (just got a compression tester from a mate) to confirm that i have No compressions. If that doesnt goes to well, i'll be stripping out the fuel tank and drive shaft.

So... Guess this becoming a project faster than i taught it would be...
